Restroom Trailer Rental Co

Restroom trailer rental companies: partner with Restroom Trailer Rental Co

Restroom Trailer Rental Co connects event planners, contractors and venues who need restroom trailers with one rental company per county. This page explains how requests are generated, how territories work and how to apply.

Rental companies we want

We are looking for companies that rent and deliver restroom trailers, from two-station units to large multi-stall trailers, along with ADA-accessible trailers, shower trailers and the water, power and servicing that keep them running. Portable toilet operators who also run a trailer fleet are welcome.

Restroom Trailer Rental Co does not own trailers. It is an independent guide published by Cornelia Cove LLC. We explain how guest count, event length, power and water hookups and delivery distance affect a rental, so the planner can ask for the right unit.

How the requests start

Requests come from couples and planners organizing weddings and private parties, from festival and fair organizers, from construction managers who need facilities for a crew, and from venues and churches covering a renovation or an emergency outage. They read our cost guides, the sizing pages that explain how many stalls an event may need and the comparisons between trailers and standard portable units.

When they want a quote, they send the request form with name, phone, the service needed, city, urgency and a description. A tool result is attached if one was used. We only forward requests that people submitted themselves.

Planners often compare several options at once, so their notes tend to ask about stall counts, climate control, lighting for evening events and how far the trailer can sit from the hookups. Construction managers ask about weekly servicing and how long a unit can stay on site.

What each request tells you

A person reviews every request before it is forwarded. You see contact details, location, urgency and the description, which usually includes the event date, guest count, number of days, whether power and water are on site and whether an accessible unit is needed. Short-notice requests are flagged.

Customers are told an independent local company may contact them. We do not claim you are part of our business and we do not quote your prices.

One rental company per county, first come

A county is held by one rental partner. Restroom trailer requests for events or sites inside that county go only to that partner and are never resold or shared. Delivery logistics and local permitting for temporary facilities tend to follow county lines.

The first qualified company to complete onboarding for a county holds it. If your county is held, ask to join its waiting list or about a nearby county that is still open. We only assign territory you can deliver to reliably.

Partner expectations

Carry liability and auto insurance, hold any business license or sanitation permit your state and county require, and be ready to show proof. Send written quotes that list delivery, setup, servicing, attendant and damage-waiver charges separately, and confirm what the customer must supply in power and water. Respond to new requests promptly and tell us about invalid or out-of-area requests.

If a smaller unit will serve the event, say so. Our sizing pages encourage customers to rent what they need, not the largest trailer available.

Arrive on time, keep units clean and stocked when they are delivered, and give the customer a contact for problems during the event.

How the rental calendar works

Event requests follow the wedding and festival seasons, with spring and fall weekends booking first, while construction and facility requests continue through the year. Planners often write months in advance and ask for a hold on a date, and others need a unit within days because a venue restroom failed or a guest list grew. A partner who confirms availability quickly, explains site requirements such as level ground, power and a nearby water source, and puts the booking terms in writing gives planners the certainty they want.

Questions rental companies ask

Do requests include portable toilets? Some, and they are labeled. Are long-term construction rentals included? Yes. Can a company with a small fleet apply? Yes, tell us your fleet so we can set expectations.

How to apply

Use the request form on our contact page and start the description with "Partner application". Include your company name, the counties you want, your fleet, your insurance carrier and any permits. We reply by email.

Terms are agreed individually before any request is sent. We do not publish partner pricing and we do not promise request volume, which follows the event season.
